Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:  

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days  
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days  
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by location)  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.  

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.   

Lost or Delayed Shipments 

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
