Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened beauty products.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return or Refund
1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable) showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund as needed.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Then, contact your bank or credit card provider, as refunds may take time to process.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
